In this class, Emily will walk everyone through how she likes to meal prep purchases at the farmer’s market or grocery store to prepare for the week. She will show us how to store ingredients so that they stay fresh and easy to grab and go! We will also be creating two sheet pan dinners noted below: Pineapple Teriyaki Sheet Pan Dinner and a Chicken and Apple Sausage Sheet Pan Dinner. |
